De Lank river

The river has been graded as one of the top rivers in Europe for water quality and biodiversity. Otters and bullhead fish live in the river which is a Special Area of Conservation (SAC).

  • The area above the river has been fenced off to create a special 'wildlife corridor' alongside the river.
