WoodlandAncient oak trees are found in the glen bordering Garnie Burn and in
the spring its slopes are covered in flowers called dog's mercury and
bluebells. Birds of prey such as tawny owls and buzzards can be seen and,
if you are very lucky, you may glimpse the shy red squirrels or hear the
woodpeckers tapping. |
