More about Elm Farm

Elm Farm is a 96 hectare organic farm in Berkshire. Elm Farm’s beef cattle are fed only on grass and cereals grown organically on the farm. Triticale, a cross between rye and wheat, is high in protein and is used on the farm for animal feed.
