Welcome to the trail at Church Farm

Church Farm is an organic farm lying alongside the River Thames in south east England.

Organic farms like Church Farm are great places for wildlife. This is because organic farmers work hard to look after (manage) the habitats where the wildlife live.

On the Church Farm trail you will find out about the different habitats at Church Farm and the plants and animals that live there. You can even have a go at making your own food chains!
